Preventive Maintenance Plans for Annapolis, MD Residents

Your heating and air conditioning systems endure a lot of wear and tear throughout the year, and to keep them running well, you’ll need to make sure they’re maintained. Home maintenance such as changing air filters is a good first step, but to reach peak efficiency and performance, it’s best to invest in professional preventive maintenance. At Coastal Heating & Air, we’re proud to offer affordable heating and air conditioning maintenance plans to Annapolis home and business owners.

Residential Preferred Service Policy

Benefits of Preventive Maintenance

As the name implies, the key benefit of professional maintenance is prevention. During each maintenance visit, we’ll carefully inspect your system and make sure there are no emerging issues such as damaged or displaced components. If there’s anything out of order, we’ll get it fixed while it’s still a small problem, preventing bigger problems from emerging down the road. That means you may save hundreds on future repairs and early system replacements.

However, you won’t have to wait years to reap the benefits of a maintenance agreement. Our technicians will also clean your system and make minor calibration adjustments to maximize energy efficiency, and you’ll see the difference on your utility bills every month. That means you’ll save money two ways with lower bills now and fewer repairs later.

Investing in maintenance is about more than just saving money, though. There’s invaluable peace of mind that comes with knowing that your heating and cooling systems are in the capable hands of HVAC professionals. It’s one less thing to worry about in your busy life as a homeowner.

We offer several different levels of our Coastal Preferred Service Policy: Platinum Service, Gold Service and Silver Service Plans. You select the policy that best suits you and your equipment. All of our Service Plans include Preferred Service. Should you need emergency service, our Preferred Service Policyholders are served first.

A Typical Maintenance Visit Includes:

Every maintenance visit is unique, but there are many constants that apply to most projects. A typical maintenance plan includes all of the following procedures:

  • Check thermostats and control systems
  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  • Lubricate moving parts
  • Check all blower components
  • Check the refrigerant level
  • Inspect and clear the condensate drain
  • Check all fuel connections for leaks
  • Inspect furnace ignition, burner and heat exchanger
  • Clean condenser coil (once per policy year)

From start to finish, your long-term comfort is always our top priority.

Our HVAC Maintenance Technicians

In order to get great service, you’ll need great HVAC professionals to inspect and maintain your equipment, and ours are definitely among the best the industry has to offer. Most of our technicians hold NATE certification, the premier credential in the HVAC industry, as they’ve been through a rigorous training and testing process to establish their credentials. Thanks to their broad foundation of knowledge, they can anticipate and quickly repair emerging problems, and they’re fully qualified to maintain all makes and models.

At Coastal Heating & Air Conditioning, we’re proud of our Carrier factory authorization and even prouder of the relationships we’ve built with families and businesses throughout the Annapolis area. Feel free to give us a call and see how a maintenance agreement can help you save.
