Job Type: Full-Time

• 5+ years of HVAC experience is required.
• Knowledge of gas and electric heating and cooling systems.
• Experience in light commercial sales is preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Be self-motivated and have an extraordinary work ethic.
• Have strong, clear, and complete communication skills.
• Have the ability to manage priorities and schedules.
• Have a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Familiar with Wrightsoft software.
• Understanding of airflow and duct design.
• Able to read blueprints.

In this position, the candidate will be expected to:

• Develop clear and effective written contracts for current and prospective customers. Write the contract in a manner that protects both the customer and our company’s interests and permit all work to be performed correctly.
• Follow up on leads and appointments in a manner most likely to result in a sale.
• Be accountable for meeting quotas and margins.
• Take accurate on-site surveys and properly select and price equipment needed for each application/customer.
• Effectively communicate to the Installation Department all details relating to installations prior to project commencement.
• On-site project management as needed.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participate in trade organizations, network, and attend trade shows and conferences.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
